Unless otherwise stated, original artwork, artwork photographs created by or for Joseph, written descriptions, and original site content are protected by applicable copyright law.

Physical ownership is not copyright ownership

Ownership of a painting, print, or commissioned physical object does not by itself transfer copyright or the right to reproduce, publish, merchandise, license, tokenize, train models on, or commercially exploit the image.

Permitted personal use

A collector may display a lawfully purchased physical artwork for personal use and may make ordinary personal photographs of the piece, subject to applicable law. Commercial reproduction or promotional use requires written permission unless another legal exception applies.

Portfolio subjects and third-party material

Some portfolio works depict identifiable places, products, signage, or other third-party subject matter. Third-party names, logos, and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Portfolio display does not represent endorsement or continuing affiliation.
