Joseph Valadez Fine Art is operated by Joseph Valadez, a Texas sole proprietor. These terms govern use of this website and, once checkout is activated, purchases made through the store.

Website use

You may browse the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, train models on, or commercially exploit artwork images or site content without written permission.

Artwork and copyright

Buying a physical original or reproduction does not transfer copyright, reproduction, licensing, publication, merchandising, or other intellectual-property rights unless Joseph expressly agrees in a signed writing.

Original artwork

Originals are currently handled through collector inquiry. Availability is not guaranteed until Joseph confirms it in writing. Price, shipping, insurance, taxes, payment method, and any special terms will be stated in the written invoice or purchase agreement.

Prints and checkout

Print checkout is not yet active. Before checkout opens, each product page will state the available material, size, price, production estimate, shipping terms, and applicable return/damage process. Payments will be processed by an established third-party payment provider; this website will not intentionally collect or store full payment-card numbers.

Commissions

An inquiry is not an acceptance of a commission. A commission begins only after scope, price, payment schedule, rights, timing, reference materials, and other important terms are agreed in writing.

Third-party names and marks

Client, venue, product, and brand names appearing in the portfolio are used to identify subjects or past projects. Their inclusion does not imply an ongoing affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or license unless expressly stated. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

No guarantee of uninterrupted access

The site may be changed, suspended, or updated without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Joseph Valadez Fine Art is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable United States and Texas law. Mandatory consumer protections are not waived by these terms.
