Pre-launch policy — final checkout terms will be completed before sales are activated.

United States only at launch

Initial online sales will be limited to addresses within the United States.

Made-to-order prints

Fine-art reproductions are made to order and personally signed by the artist before shipment. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and preparation. The timeframe shown on the product page at the time of purchase will apply.

Shipping charges

Shipping is planned to be calculated and charged at checkout rather than hidden inside the artwork price. Custom framing is not included in standard print pricing and may be quoted separately on request.

Unexpected delays

If Joseph Valadez Fine Art cannot ship within the timeframe promised at purchase, the customer will be contacted with available options consistent with applicable law, including consent to a revised timeframe or a refund where required.

Made-to-order returns

Made-to-order prints are planned as final sale for ordinary change-of-mind requests. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact josephvaladezfineart@gmail.com promptly and retain the packaging. Photographs may be requested so the problem can be evaluated with the printer or carrier. The final reporting window and resolution procedure will be published before checkout is enabled.

Original artwork

Shipping, insurance, pickup, condition, and return terms for an original will be stated in the collector invoice or purchase agreement before payment.
